1. Reserve your space and schedule a pick up

You can reserve your space by calling us at 1-800-347-9618 or by completing our online form.  Once your space is reserved, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives to setup a pick up time. 

 

2. Buy your UBS Easy Storage boxes and pack your stuff

UBS Easy Storage boxes can be purchased at any University Book Store location for $5.  You are not required to use our boxes but your storage fee will be reduced by $5 for every one of our boxes we pickup.  All boxes and belongings should be securely packaged and protected.  For a guide on proper packing techniques please review our tips for packaging.

 

3. We pick up and take your stuff to storage

Our UBS Easy Storage reprsentatives will arrive at your place during the predetermined time slot.  At this time all your items should be packed and ready to go.  Your items will then be taken to our secure, climate controlled warehouse for the summer.

 

4. Schedule a delivery

We will contact you one month prior to your return to setup a delivery time.

 

5. We deliver your stuff to your new residence

Our representatives will deliver your stuff to your new residence.
