Welcome to the UBS Easy Storage FAQ page. We hope that answers to some of the questions that have been previously asked will be of use to you. If not, feel free to contact us.


How do I reserve my space?

You can reserve your space by calling us at 800-347-9618.

How many items can I store?

Customers are allowed to store as many items as they want.  Although we do require a minimum of $100 per pick up. 

When will I be charged?

You will be charged the day we pick up your belongings.

What is a UBS Easy Storage box?

UBS Easy Storage boxes can be purchased at any University Book Store location for $5. You are then credited $5 for every UBS Easy Storage box we pick up to store.  They are a 24x18x18 double walled box specially made for moving.   

What is the difference between a small/medium box and a large/x-large box?

A small/medium box is any box less than 2.5 cubic feet.  A large/x-large box is any box greater than 2.5 cubic feet.

What if I have an item thats not on your pricing list?

Our price list includes the most common items we store for college students.  If you have an item not on our list, feel free to call or email us for a free quote.  

How much does all this cost?

Where is my stuff stored?

We have a secure, climate controlled storage site where your items will be stored until you need us to bring it back to you.
